We fulfill our purpose of Transforming Lives, improving life within the organization through decent jobs, pleasant environments and opportunities for growth; outside the organization through products that add value to families and our Dejando Huella program.
It is PDC's social responsibility program that focuses on improving the educational quality of children in the countries where we operate. We benefit public schools in Guatemala through multiple volunteers during the year to improve the infrastructure of the schools and we donate computers through our FUNSEPA foundation.

3rd. place of Central America 2021!
On Wednesday, April 14, the Great Place to Work®️ Central America and Caribbean 2021 (Best Places to Work) award was held under the virtual modality.
Each year that we have participated we can see the fruits of the efforts of our programs and policies that have obtained Extraordinary Results.
This year PDC obtained the 3rd place in the category of more than 500 to 1,000 collaborators in Central America 2021, we also achieved the 11th place in Central American origin and the 15th position in Guatemala, this being our 2nd consecutive year that we were certified as Great Place to Work®️.
The PDC family once again shows that together we do Extraordinary things. This is just beginning…
